We are very proud of Les Granels Luxury French Holiday Accommodation, and we hope that you will love it to.
We can go on and on about it's comfort, luxury and amenities and how we have always tried to develop a holiday accommodation with a keen eye for detail to create a French holiday experience that we would like to stay in ourselves and will 'wow' our guests.
But, let's be honest, talk is cheap and anyone can make up pretty words about their holiday rentals. So, we think the best way to see how great Les Granels is, is to see what our guests have to say...
A fantastic fun filled two weeks. The house & grounds are amazing, we have made full use of all the facilities.
We didn't feel the need to venture out too often, but did manage to take the children canoeing & to visit the Grotte du Pech Merle, which are well worth a visit.
All over too soon...
The Varley, Seldon & Sutton Families - August 2014
What an amazing weeks holiday in this beautiful home! We have thoughly enjoyed playing in the pool, competeting on the tennis courts & showing off our 'Ping-Pong' skills!
Cooked some lovely meals in the house but also visited the hotel restaurant in Sauzet & had a superb meal. Would recommend the boat trip on the River Lot (although the commentary onboard was only in French) & sampling the local wine in Cahors.
A big thank you to Niall & Karri who helped us immensely by providing plenty of groceries on arrival.
From our 3 year old grandson to our septuagenarian Paul we all thoroughly enjoyed it, thanks again.
The Kent Family - August 2014
We have had the most wonderful time during the last two weeks. Great fun in the pool, cooked amazing meals with great local produce & drank copious amounts of local wine. Adventurous walks in the woods!
Great house, great space for all 14 of us. Karri and Niall have been very helpful.

Thank you so much for letting us all come here, it is heaven. We have had such a lovely week & all very sad to leave.
After copious amounts of sun, red wine, paté & cheese, England will seem incredibly dull.
The house is beyond our expectations & we all feel incredibly fortunate to have called it home for a week.

La Pigeonier was a lovely lunch spot & best meal out for us was the Restaurant du Pont at Castelfranc.
Armit Party - July 2013
Sarah & David, while you have never met us, we learned your names from other guests. While we have never met you, we can discern what a wonderful family you must be, just by being in Les Granels & by reading all the wonderful things written by others. The house welcomed us with comfort & beauty & of course Niall & Karri were part of the package!
We started to plan this trip in the early winter. To have ended up here, in the most 'fairy tale' home with all our children & grandchildren joining us. It's just been fabulous.
Jackie & Tim Patterson & Family - June 2013
A fantastic holiday, thank you so much! A wonderful peaceful spot in lovely country meant a chilled 10 days. The weather hardly fell below 30° with hot sun, so long spells enjoying games in the pool & reading, & exploring early or late.
Many thanks again for a wonderful break & hope you have many years of fun here.
The Richards Family - August 2010
What a wonderful first visit to Les Granels. The first of many we hope! A lovely house with a nice cosy feel despite the size. Lovely views & a real feeling of tranquility.
Sitting by the pool, eating & drinking on the terrace is our idea of heaven! The surrounding countryside, towns & villages are beautiful. Some places we have visited which we highly recommend are St.Circ Lapopie (must see), Tournon & Albas.
Finally a big thanks to Sarah & David.

Thank you David & Sarah for letting us stay in your fantastic new holiday home. We enjoyed exploring Les Granels & the surrounding estate. We so enjoyed the sun terrace & made use of the pool, comfortable sun loungers and tennis court.
We visited St Cirq-Lapopie which we found very picturesque. At the same time we visited the Grotte du Pech Merle prehistoric caves where the cave paintings were most interesting. Naturally we visited Cahors, setting our bearings with a trip on the Petit Train. We also went down both sides of the beautiful Lot Valley wine trail as far as Puy l'Evêque.
Nous espérons vous avez de bonne vacance comme nous!

So lucky to have been invited to stay in this beautiful house with wonderful views & surrounding countryside. Especially nice English neighbours who speak French & are happy to help in anyway.
We are sure that everyone visiting here will have a wonderful holiday.
